Why We're Doing This
We've always taken a consultative approach with our customers. When someone calls us about a scrubber dryer, we don't just try to sell them the most expensive option. We ask questions, understand their situation, and recommend what's actually going to work best for them.
This blog is an extension of that philosophy. Not everyone who reads these articles will become a customer, and that's fine. If we can help someone avoid an expensive mistake or point them in the right direction, that's a good outcome.
