New Customers, Big Deliveries, with Demo’s from Cambridge to Catterick Garrison
July may have been a little cooler, but business certainly wasn't.
We welcomed new customers, delivered machines to the length of the country and saw growing demand for our specialist ATEX industrial vacuum solutions. Here is how the month went.
Floorcare: Supporting the Horticultural Industry
Two very different sites. Two very different machines.
This month, we delivered floor sweepers to two leading flower and bulb suppliers serving the UK and European horticultural industry. One is a royal flower bulb grower. The other is a major retail flower supplier.
Cambridge: a large distribution facility
Richard travelled down to Cambridge to demonstrate the Viper ROS1300 Ride-On Sweeper at an impressive flower distribution site. Built for productivity, the ROS1300 is easy to operate, requires minimal maintenance and delivers reliable performance day after day. Capable of sweeping both indoor and outdoor hard floors, it proved to be the ideal solution for keeping such a large site clean and efficient.
Catterick Garrison: compact, quiet and close to home
Much closer to home, a flower bulb supplier with a very different requirement. For this smaller facility Richard demonstrated the Nilfisk SW750 Battery Powered Pedestrian Sweeper.
Compact, manoeuvrable and exceptionally quiet, the SW750 features an onboard charger and is ideal for cleaning in noise-sensitive environments. Its versatility and ease of use made it the perfect choice for maintaining a clean and productive workspace.

That is why we don't simply recommend a machine based on assumptions. We visit the site, carry out a demonstration and take the time to understand what the work involves. Only then do we supply a machine of the right size, with performance and capability for the job.

A masterbatch and conductive compounds manufacturer
One of the month's highlights was supplying aNilfisk VHS010 IECEX HC Z22 EXA V110 UKP Mini Industrial Vacuumto a leading manufacturer of black masterbatch and conductive compounds for the thermoplastics industry. It’s compact design, excellent manoeuvrability, and ATEX Zone 22 certification made it the ideal choice for their production environment.
A hire that became a purchase
We saw another hire convert to an out right sale this month. A hydrocarbon facility first hired one of our ATEX Mini Industrial Vacuums to assess how it performed on site. Having experiencing the benefits firsthand, they chose to buy the machine outright.

Six machines for one recycling site
We also completed a project with a waste management and recycling facility, where airborne dust had become a significant operational concern.
After two site visits and several machine demonstrations, the customer selected a total of six industrial vacuums to be deployed across the site: a mix of theNilfisk T40 400V, the S3, and the VHS010 Mini Industrial Vacuum.
The new machines will help control dust build-up, improve housekeeping standards and create a cleaner, safer working environment for everyone on site.
Every site has it’s own challenges.
