The key points:
All worn mechanical components are replaced: squeegees, seals, drive belts, wheels, and any fixings showing fatigue or corrosion
Electrical systems are tested and repaired or replaced where needed, including wiring looms, switches, and control boards
Batteries are replaced with new units, not reconditioned, but new batteries fitted to the manufacturer’s specification
New brushes and pads are fitted as standard
New filters are fitted throughout
The solution tank, recovery tank, and associated pipework are all cleaned, tested under pressure, and replaced where necessary
The machine is reassembled, tested under load, and adjusted until it performs correctly
Where appropriate, panels and bodywork are refinished
