    • All worn mechanical components are replaced: squeegees, seals, drive belts, wheels, and any fixings showing fatigue or corrosion

    • Electrical systems are tested and repaired or replaced where needed, including wiring looms, switches, and control boards

    • Batteries are replaced with new units, not reconditioned, but new batteries fitted to the manufacturer’s specification

    • New brushes and pads are fitted as standard

    • New filters are fitted throughout

    • The solution tank, recovery tank, and associated pipework are all cleaned, tested under pressure, and replaced where necessary

    • The machine is reassembled, tested under load, and adjusted until it performs correctly

    • Where appropriate, panels and bodywork are refinished
